🏆 Best Layer Height for Minis? We Found It.

Hey AmeraLabs Family,

Hope your Easter break was a good one. We’re still buzzing from some of the awesome prints you’ve shared - and if you’re in the mood to level up your next one, we’ve got something special for you.

👀 Our newest blog post is live, and it dives deep into a hot topic: layer height for miniatures.
Our physicist and print wizard Aivaras ran a full-on experiment to test what really works best, from ultra-detailed 10µm prints to lightning-fast 100µm terrain pieces.

🧪 He printed dragons, columns, and bridge tests - each layer height tested on one plate using TGM-7 resin - to find the sweet spot for sharp detail without wasting hours.

And to make testing fun...

🎁 TitanForge just dropped 100 free miniatures on Thangs!
They’re stunning, varied, and perfect for trying out new print settings. Grab a few, load them up, and see for yourself what a difference layer height can make.

We printed some of them here using TGM-7 and the minis? Strong, flexible, and crispy in all the right places.

Try it out, experiment a little, and let us know what works for you.

Happy printing,
Andrius and the AmeraLabs Team 👋

P.S. If you post your prints, tag us and TitanForge - we’d love to see what you’re printing.
