We Published a GVA-26 Printing Guide for Your Lab
Everything you need to print GVA-26 correctly
Hey dental professional,
We've put together a detailed printing guide for GVA-26 Gingiva Resin. If you're working with gingival masks or soft tissue models, this should help you get more consistent results.
The guide covers:
Print settings and layer parameters
Cleaning protocols (IPA exposure matters more than you'd think)
Post-cure timing to preserve flexibility
Machining and finishing techniques
Storage and safety guidelines
We've included settings for most common printers, but if yours isn't listed, send us a message and we'll get you sorted.
A couple of things worth noting: keep your total IPA cleaning under 15 minutes, and don't cure beyond 20 minutes. Both will affect the material's flexibility if you go over.
Let us know if you have questions or run into any issues or need assistance. We are here to help!
Happy Printing,
Andrius & The AmeraLabs Team
